Applicable Situations: If the product has been opened or used, and the reason for return is not related to product quality (e.g., personal preference, size issues).
Solution: While we do not accept returns for used products, we offer a 50% store credit based on the product's value, which you can use for your next purchase.
- Example: For a product valued at $100, you will receive a $50 store credit.
How to Apply: Contact service@BDSMSPANK.com with your order number, product photos, and reason. Once confirmed, we will issue the store credit code.

Applicable Situations: If the product is defective, damaged, or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Solution: We will offer a full refund or replacement and cover all shipping fees if the issue is confirmed.
Note:
- Clear photos or videos of the problem are required for verification.
- If no report is made within 7 days, we consider the product accepted as-is.

Hygiene Products: Due to the intimate nature of our products (e.g., ball gags, panties, etc.), we cannot accept returns on used or opened items unless there is a quality issue.
