Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time:

    • Regular Orders: Processing time is 1-3 business days, followed by a shipping time of 5-7 business days.
    • Privacy Shipping: If you choose the privacy shipping option, we will provide unmarked packaging for your order to protect your privacy. Additionally, privacy orders can be shipped directly to your specified address, ensuring that your personal information and purchase details remain confidential.

    Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  2. Tracking Your Order:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor your package status in real-time.
    • For international orders, once the package arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. In this case, you can use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website to track your package.
    • If tracking information indicates that the package cannot be delivered for any reason, please contact your local postal service for further details. They may have additional information that we do not have, as they are handling your package.
  3. Shipping Address:

    • All orders require a signature upon delivery. Privacy orders will be sent to your specified address to ensure personal information security.
    • Once the item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership will transfer to you (the customer). Therefore, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
  4. Incomplete/Incorrect Shipping Address or Name:

    • The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will not be held responsible.
  5. Changing Shipping Address:

    • Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot intercept, change the route, or modify the destination or shipping address. If you need to change the shipping address, it is recommended to contact the carrier directly with your order information to see if they can redirect the package to the new address.
    • We reserve the right not to issue refunds for orders that were never received due to changes in the shipping address.
  6. International Shipping:

    • All international orders will be shipped via USPS or DHL. Please note that DHL shipments require a valid phone number. International shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  7. Customs and Taxes:

    • Please be aware that orders may incur customs duties and taxes during international shipping, which are the responsibility of the customer.
